Yes. It is free and family-operated. It does not include a Nsawabode on-site team, managed SMS acknowledgements, printed receipt operations, field equipment, managed Mobile Money, or a kiosk.

It is Nsawabode's paid, per-event managed contribution service. Trained Contribution Officers record contributions, acknowledge contributors where supported, maintain live totals, and provide final reconciliation and handover. Choose Essential, Professional, or Signature.

Essential is GHS 3,500 for one event, best suited to up to 500 expected contributors and up to 6 service hours. It includes professional recording, a trained Nsawabode team, SMS acknowledgements, digital contribution receipts, printed receipts where enabled and supported, live totals, and final reconciliation and handover. Managed Mobile Money is not included.

Professional is GHS 6,000 for one event, best suited to up to 1,000 expected contributors and up to 8 service hours. It adds managed Mobile Money, higher-volume operations, cash and MoMo breakdown, payment-status tracking, and priority reconciliation. It is our most popular level.

Signature is GHS 12,000 for one event, best suited to up to 2,500 expected contributors and up to 10 service hours. It adds high-volume field operations, dedicated oversight, multiple stations, priority support, and a contribution kiosk where confirmed and operationally available.

Yes. A managed-service request creates a booking ticket. You may reserve the event through Paystack immediately or return with the ticket and booking phone number. Travel quotes and events above 2,500 contributors cannot use fixed-price checkout.

Yes. One complimentary reschedule is available, subject to Nsawabode availability. With 7 or more days' notice, no Nsawabode rescheduling fee applies. Between 72 hours and 7 days, genuine non-refundable third-party, travel, or operational expenses already incurred may still be payable. With less than 72 hours' notice, we prioritize transferring the service, although genuine remobilization and non-refundable expenses may be charged. Additional changes may attract a reasonable charge based on actual operational impact. A transferred booking remains valid for 90 days from the originally confirmed service date.

We treat a genuine postponement as a transfer, not a cancellation, when the family intends to use the confirmed service on another eligible date. The new date remains subject to availability. Reasonable rescheduling is also the primary remedy where severe weather, emergency or government restrictions, civil disruption, major infrastructure failure, or another event outside either party's reasonable control makes delivery unsafe or impossible. Each additional ceremony or deployment remains its own booked service, so only the affected deployment transfers.

Yes. Cancellations 7 or more days before service: 80% of the Nsawabode service fee is refundable. Cancellations between 72 hours and 7 days before service: 50% is refundable. Cancellations less than 72 hours before service: 25% is refundable. After Nsawabode personnel or equipment have mobilized or arrived at the service location: no service-fee refund. Only genuine non-refundable expenses incurred specifically for the booking, and genuinely non-refundable processor charges where legally and contractually permitted, may be excluded from the refundable amount. Refunds are reviewed and processed as a manual admin/finance operation.

If Nsawabode cannot provide the confirmed service for reasons within its responsibility, you choose either a 100% service-fee refund or a reschedule. We do not force store credit.

Confirmed accommodation, non-refundable transportation, special equipment arrangements, and approved third-party charges may be excluded from a refund only when they were genuinely incurred specifically for the booking. Nsawabode will not create arbitrary administrative charges or assume that every Paystack charge is non-refundable; any processor deduction must follow the actual provider policy and applicable law. This is separate from the 2.50% digital-contribution processing fee.

An extra Contribution Officer is GHS 450 per event day and an extra staffed station is GHS 750 per event day. Overtime is GHS 350 per hour for Essential, GHS 500 for Professional, and GHS 750 for Signature. Each additional ceremony day is 70% of the base package. Travel is quoted separately.

No. Physical cash stays in the custody of the family or its designated cashier unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise. A contribution receipt confirms the record; it does not mean Nsawabode holds the cash.

This receipt confirms that the contribution shown was recorded for the specified funeral event. A cash receipt does not mean Nsawabode holds the physical cash. A digital payment receipt shows the contribution amount, processing fee, total paid, and relevant payment status and provider information.

Yes, where Managed Mobile Money is enabled for a Professional or Signature event. It is not included with Essential or the free Digital Contribution Book. Choose Professional or Signature if your family needs Managed Mobile Money.

A 2.50% payer-borne processing fee applies to digital contributions. The payer sees the contribution, fee, and total before authorising payment. Family contribution totals exclude the fee. The fee does not apply to the managed-service booking charge.

The payer covers the 2.50% processing fee in addition to the chosen contribution. For a GHS 500 contribution, the fee is GHS 12.50 and the total authorization is GHS 512.50. The family contribution remains GHS 500. You see the full breakdown before confirming payment.

No. The fee is shown separately and does not increase the contribution recorded for the family. It is not deducted from your chosen contribution either.

Yes. A one-week observance, thanksgiving, memorial, or additional funeral day is another field deployment. Each additional ceremony day costs 70% of the selected managed package base price and must be included in the confirmed scope. Related ceremonies are not automatically included because they concern the same deceased person.

Select Professional for 501–1,000 expected contributors and Signature for 1,001–2,500. Above 2,500, or for an unusual multi-site deployment, contact Nsawabode for a Custom Quote. These numbers help plan staffing, equipment, receipts, and reconciliation; they are not attendance guarantees.

Contribution recording continues. Expected contributor capacities are planning indicators, not funeral-day transaction cut-offs. Nsawabode will coordinate any additional operational support with the family.

Travel may be arranged subject to confirmation. Transport and accommodation outside the standard service area are quoted separately and disclosed before checkout. There is no automatic nationwide travel price.

No. The Contribution Kiosk is available only with Signature, where confirmed and operationally available. Confirm the equipment allocation with Nsawabode before the event.

Essential includes up to 6 service hours, Professional up to 8, and Signature up to 10. Additional hours use the approved overtime rate and should be included in the confirmed scope when known in advance.

Yes. Select extra Contribution Officers or extra staffed contribution stations with allocated field/POS devices in your booking request. The server-priced summary shows the charges before payment, and deployment remains subject to operational availability. Nsawabode sizes the field team according to the confirmed event requirements.

Only after the payment provider confirms it. Initiated, pending, processing, failed, cancelled, expired, and refunded payments remain distinct from confirmed family contributions. Provider or network delays can affect confirmation and settlement timing.
